At Smirk & Scribble, we offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. All orders are shipped through Royal Mail:
- 1st Class Post: Arrives within 1-3 business days after dispatch for faster delivery.
- 2nd Class Post: Arrives within 3-5 business days after dispatch for a more economical option.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Smirk & Scribble purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for a return.
